On June 22, 2025, Andorra will dress up to host the first edition of the Andorra MoraBanc Clàssica, a new cycling race that seeks to consolidate the country as a leading destination on the international professional cycling calendar. The event, which will be a one-day race with a route to be revealed in May, is organized by VSL Sports together with professional Lidl-Trek cyclist and Andorra resident, Carlos Verona.

With 145 km and 4,300 metres of elevation gain, it will feature a route 100% within Andorran territory, starting in Andorra la Vella and finishing in La Massana, becoming a high-mountain classic held very close to the start of the Tour de France. The race will feature around ten professional teams, according to reports from the Principality’s media.
